Requirements:
Eagerness
to learn & experiment with your life experience. The group that comes together will have a wide-range of experience
in both yoga and life experience, from no experience in yoga to those who have been teaching for over a decade. So don't
let your dearth or plentitude of familiarity with yoga or Ayurveda hold you back.
|
| This course is for people who want to informally study
Ayurveda in a way that is purely practical and personal. If you've
wanted to deepen your experience of optimal health, learn more about Ayurveda and are ready to integrate new practices of
preventative medicine, than I hope you email me for an application. |
| Curriculum
The course is designed to experience and practice Ayurvedic
wisdom through the changes of seasons. With time, as a group we will study the basic principles of Ayurveda, apply specific
practices and notice the effects. My intention is to share the practical aspects of Ayurveda so that
you become a resource within yourself for creating optimal health for you and your family. We will use the
wisdom of Ayurveda for an embodied exploration, expanding our consciousness into the realms of daily living. Rather than adhere
to strict rules, we'll simply refine our skills of attuning to that which enhances our inherent nature.
