How does the course work?
At the pre-cleanse workshop you will receive an inspirational overview of how to meet
your needs during the cleanse, and the various options to choose from. You'll receive a recipe packet and a deep cleanse
and light cleanse food guidelines, as well as detailed verbal and written instructions for the traditional yogic cleansing
methods. During the cleansing week, we will meet each night at YogaTejas for a cleansing yoga practice, which includes yogic
and ayurvedic philosophy, meditation, and at least an hour of movement. During the last class, we will also discuss how to
get the most out of your cleanse as you integrate what you've learned into your regular life.
