Ayurvedic massage is an oily affair, nurturing and nourishing tissue layers far beyond the skin. Cate uses ocean stones to help the oil penetrate and to dissolve tension. Ayurvedic massage uses specific herbed or scented oils and motions depending on the individual's constitution and imbalances. One or two therapists can be used. Two therapist is the way the massage is traditionally given, working in unison to create a deeper level of integration and unplug the mind from its current course.
