My body &mind feel out of balance, but I don’t know what’s wrong. Can you help me?
Yes. We can easily align you back into the cycles of nature with adjusting your diet and lifestyle, and integrating yoga and breathing practices that align with your unique constitution & genetic tendencies.

Do you work with children or teens?
I work with people of all ages and all backgrounds. I work with babies, children, teens, adults, & the old wise ones.

Do you teach yoga classes at the Yurt?
I teach yoga at YogaTejas in Driggs
 (www.yogatejas.com). I teach private and semi-private yoga classes in the yurt.

I’ve seen your brochures for cleansing. Why should I cleanse?

One basic key to preventative medicine is to cleanse the body at the change of the seasons. This eliminates the build up of the past seasons primary force on the body and the mind. Cleansing is remarkably effective at creating a light, clear state in the body and mind. Cleansing is also used to create new habit patterns, shifting us out of harmful & unconscious behavior.
